How to Place an advertisement/listing or to be able contact the advertising host.
- Get Started select “Register” Button on menu or header on page- Register Your Username, password and phone number.
- “Login”: to your secure account dashboard, to list and manage your ads & messages contact advertisers and book, buy etc. depending on the Advertising option purchased (from free).
- Select an Advertising Option – Host/Guest, Selling, Renting or buyer – Pay using PayPal – no payment required for Free ad. options.
- Upload I.D. Documents – visit the Verification Tab

Manage Your My Account.
Login to MY Account – where you can complete your profile select items from the menu.
YOUR SELFIE of Driver Licence and Passport with clear image and legible wording can be uploaded within “My Account”
Required documents certified by a J.P – Justice of the Peace or Notary Public (if outside Australia) can be emailed to ID-Check via info@ STSshorttermservice.com.au
Options include Link Your Social media URL. E.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, YouTube, Airbnb (great for existing OTA host members), Trip Advisor.
Upload your Photo – it helps confirm your Identity.
Visit the menu in My Account via the person in circle icon top right.
To proceed to list/advertise or contact advertisers, with STS Short Term Service and for Host/owner or agent to directly deal with guest/renter or buyer etc.
Go to Add New, select Your membership option, payment can be processed securely at the payment check out.
Start Your Listing – use options to suit your needs.
Title – Describing your offer, include terms that help search engines & potential customers.
Description, you can include images, a video, a link to the same property address listed with Airbnb (check calendars are matching).
Contact details, terms or rules and prices etc.
Please Note: Advertisement/Listings will be approved/non approved by STS Short Term Service Administration within 24 hours of receiving your required I.D (identity items) reference About Advertising with STS Short Term Service.

You will receive an email on outcome of verification from STS Short Term Service – Australia. Plus, an email when your Listing is approved and online.
