Introduction: This is a standard requirement for Australian rental platforms to ensure safety and transparency between parties. By providing an Identity Confirmation & Verification Agreement tailored for use on the STS Short Term Service platform.
Your SELFIE photo Holding the Driver Licence or Passport as provided for the Statutory declaration signed by a registered J.P. or Notary Public with clear image and legible wording can be uploaded within “My Account”Â
Required by Registered Australian Real estate Agents placing the advertising with STS Short Term Service, on behalf of the owner of property prior to presenting their Listing/Advertisement to STS Short Term Service, representing Agent are required to provide certified copies of I.D. (Identity) of their Australian driver Licence or Passport showing their name and address.
On completion of I.D. – identity check – you will be able to log in and manage yours or your client’s listings/advertising and Guest bookings, remembering STS Short Term Service is primarily an online marketing service not acting as manager for advertised rental, sales, leasing or acting as a real estate agent.
STS Short Term doesn’t charge commissions or other fees. Owner/Hosts or their representative agent deal directly with Guest/Renter or Buyer including payments. STS Short Term Service – advertising options are designed to be a one-off payment for One Years access, allowing various number of listings/advertisements as per the selected advertising package.
