| – Rules on pricing, fees, and taxes, the costs to list or promote Your property are very affordable thus payment via PayPal is asked. | |
| Cancellations & Refunds | – Policies and fees for host cancellations. Within 24 hours You can email us notifying your request for a cancellation of your listing, we may hold up to 30% of your payment depending on circumstances at the time. |
| Property Use | – Compliance with local laws (e.g., NSW Short-Term Rental Code of Conduct). |
| – Providing a safe, clean, and accurately represented property. | |
| Liability & Insurance | – Requirement for adequate liability insurance plus Your own Building and Contents insurance. (There are insurance companies that will cover you for directly using Your property for Short Term Stay Accommodation) STS Short Term Service does not at this stage offer or provide Insurance for loss of income, damages or theft etc. Please understand in these Terms and Conditions Your responsibility to cover insurance for all possibilities.
